To transfer your lines to us, you will need to complete the online application. During that process, our team will ask for the necessary information including number/s being transferred, full address of the business premises, business information etc.
New business lines can be added in two ways:
- In Place Connection. There is an existing line, waiting to be reconnected. The cost is cheaper, usually $60.00.
TIP: Plug a handset into the socket, wait for a dial tone and call 12722123. Take a note of the existing account or phone number. If there is no dial tone, contact the Ozetel team,
- New Line Connection. There are no existing lines into the premises and a Telstra technician would probably be required to complete the activation. The cost is more expensive at $300.
Note: Ozetel only passes on the new line activation charges received, we do not mark them up.
