With Ozetel's advanced billing platform, we can perform billing functions for your business.
What is Individual Billing?
We allow charges for 1300/1800 (inbound) number calls to be passed to where the call lands (the answer point). Therefore, the owner of the answer point pays for the call charges instead of the owner of the 1300/1800 number.
In addition, the owner of the inbound number can request we put an additional fee into the invoice for each answer point so they may recover money on their investment. We bill and draw both our call charges and the monthly fee requested by the inbound number owner, hold the funds in trust and pay the money back to the owner once funds are cleared.
Who uses this Service?
1. Franchise Owners - passing call charges on to the franchisees,
2. Phoneword Owners - passing call charges and a monthly fee for license of the phoneword to a designated region.
*This facility is mostly employed in conjunction with the services associated with the postcode dialer.
Management Reconciliation
The user of this service will receive a monthly reconciliation from Ozetel administration like this example;

Conditions of Use
- Ozetel will only distribute funds drawn on behalf of the client once the funds are successfully drawn and clear. We will proceed with 30 days of recovery but once this expires, the responsibility is placed back to the client.
- All answer points/invoices must have an account (with Direct Debit in order) with Ozetel for this service to be accessed.
